At the moment, we offer payments through PayPal and Bancontact.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you insert your address.

Free shipping in the EU will be added automatically when your shopping basket reaches €50.

 

​SHIPPING TIME

All packages will be shipped within one week. Thereafter you will receive an e-mail where you can track your package. The shipping time may vary from country to country. For now, we only ship to Belgium and other countries in the EU.

RETURNING

If for some reason you wish to return a package, please contact us by e-mail with the reason why you want to place a return. We will explain to you carefully how to do this.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Since we work with fragile products, damaged items may occur by shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please send an e-mail to nickskinoffical@gmail.com with pictures of the item. According to our stock, we will send a new item or refund you.
